Return & Exchange

Fitness Fuel products are in the maximum quality and manually checked before being sold or shipped. We are trying our best to serve our customers but still, there are some cases that we cannot avoid and can cost to customer dissatisfaction. In that case, we offer item return and exchange if the conditions below are met.

• Items are not damaged.
• Supplements are not opened.
• Apparels are not worn, washed.
• Accessories are not used.
• Items within the last 24hrs after purchase can be returned and exchanged.

Return and Exchange items must have the original receipt and cannot be refunded by cash. Return and Exchange items can only be replaced with the same product or other product with the same price.

Returns can be made through either of these options:

• Returns via courier collection:

Complete our online form or email us on info@fitnessfuel.lk with your request, stating reason for exchange and including the order reference and item number. We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return (this will entail and additional courier pick-up fee which we will inform you of, prior to pick up confirmation). However, courier fees will be free of charge if the goods dispatched are incorrect or damaged.

• Returns via the Fitness Fuel store:

Simply take the dispatch note and the product you wish to exchange to the Fitness Fuel store and tell the Manager you bought it online.
